About OsteoCare
At OsteoCare Wantirna, we provide gentle, hands-on osteopathic care to support your body’s natural ability to heal.
Our goal is to help reduce pain, improve movement, and support long-term wellbeing for patients of all ages — from newborns to seniors.
We focus on understanding your whole-body health, not just your symptoms, so every treatment is tailored to your individual needs.

What Is Osteopathy?
Osteopathy is a manual therapy that looks at how your body moves, functions, and recovers.
It is based on three key principles:
-
The body works as one connected unit
-
The body has a natural ability to heal
-
Structure and function are closely linked
Your Osteopath assesses your posture, movement, medical history and areas of discomfort to understand the root cause of your symptoms.
What to Expect in a Consultation
At OsteoCare Wantirna, a consultation includes discussing your health and symptoms, a physical assessment, and gentle hands-on techniques to improve mobility and reduce tension. You’ll also receive practical advice on posture, stretches, and daily habits to support your body’s natural healing and overall wellbeing.

Our Approach
At OsteoCare Wantirna, we use safe, evidence-based techniques including soft tissue massage, joint articulation, gentle MET and HVLA, cranial work, stretching, and mobility exercises. Every treatment plan is tailored to your comfort, needs, and health goals, with advice on posture, lifestyle, and exercise.
A Family-Friendly Clinic
