Beyond Treatment

Clinical Pilates

Our Clinical Pilates sessions combine the principles of Pilates with clinical knowledge of movement, injury rehabilitation and exercise prescription to help you build strength, improve stability, enhance mobility and move with greater confidence.

Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing persistent pain or looking to improve your overall movement, every exercise is tailored to your individual needs and abilities in a safe, supportive environment.

We offer both one-on-one sessions and small group classes. All participants begin with a 60-minute Initial Clinical Pilates Assessment, where your instructor will discuss your health history, assess your movement, identify any injuries or physical limitations, and develop a personalised exercise program. This assessment ensures your exercises are safe, effective and tailored specifically to you.

Once your instructor determines you're ready, you may progress into our small group classes. Groups are limited to just four participants and are run as a circuit format, allowing everyone to work through their own personalised program while still receiving close supervision and individual guidance throughout the session.

Please note, that as Clinical Pilates is a form of physical exercise, participation involves an inherent risk of injury or aggravation of an existing condition. By booking a session, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and agree to inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy or changes to your health that may affect your ability to participate safely. If you experience pain, dizziness or discomfort during a session, you should stop immediately and notify your instructor.

Breathwork

Our guided breathwork sessions are designed to help you reconnect with your body, regulate your nervous system and improve your overall sense of wellbeing.

Many of us spend our days breathing quickly and shallowly, particularly during periods of stress. Learning how to breathe more effectively can support relaxation, improve body awareness and complement your physical health.

Whether you're looking to reduce stress, improve your breathing patterns, enhance recovery or simply take time to slow down, these sessions provide practical techniques you can incorporate into daily life.

Suitable for all experience levels, breathwork sessions offer a calm, supportive space to focus on your wellbeing.

Stretch & Mobility

Designed to help you move more freely, our Stretch & Mobility sessions focus on improving flexibility, joint mobility and overall movement quality.

These guided sessions combine gentle stretching, mobility exercises and controlled movement to help reduce stiffness, improve posture and support everyday function.

Whether you spend long hours sitting at a desk, participate in regular exercise or simply want to feel less restricted in your movements, these sessions are suitable for a wide range of ages and abilities.

Regular mobility work can complement your osteopathic treatment by helping you maintain healthy movement patterns between appointments and reduce the likelihood of recurring tension or stiffness.
